Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of GoSkillUp. We do not control the manner or means by which coaches provide their services.

3.3 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific results from coaching sessions. Individual improvement depends on various factors including effort, practice, and aptitude.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the services you purchase.

4.2 Pricing

Coaches set their own rates. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our service fees at any time.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. We offer a satisfaction guarantee for first-time sessions with any coach. Specific refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or coaches
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Share login credentials or account access

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Collect or harvest user data without permission
• Use automated systems or software to extract data
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post or transmit any malicious code or viruses

6. Intellectual Property Rights
